The DocumentLoader has a --type argument which restricts which archetypes may have documents loaded for them. It defaults to "act.*Document*". This should be enhanced so that: * multiple --type arguments may be specified * the default is changed to: *--type act.\*Document\* --type act.patientInvestigation* to cover common scenarios
