The Resend Reminder dialog displays a dropdown of the list of available reminder counts to resend. It should exclude the current reminder count, as that reminder has not yet been sent. If this reminder count is selected, but the reminder is not due, a misleaading error message is displayed e.g. {noformat} There is no document template for Vaccination Reminder with a reminder count of 0 {noformat}
