I am currently cleaning up templates in our system. I noticed that we have two Patient Deceased reports - the standard one:

and one I wrote a couple of years ago:

So mine is capable of showing inactive patients - and most patients who are dead are inactive, and mine shows the Microchip info.

The standard one has owner contact details, but no microchip data.

I think that I should tweak the standard report to be able to show inactive patients. Do I need to:
a) show the microchip data
b) show age rather than DOB
c) show anything else
