Subscriptions to OpenVPMS are based on the number of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) veterinarians who work in your practice (including all branches).

A FTE is veterinarian who is on duty for an average of 25 hours or more per week.

Add to this the number (divided by three) of veterinarians who work less than 25 hours per week and your total FTE’s are sum of these two categories rounded to the NEAREST whole number.

The subscription rate is $250 (plus gst) per FTE veterinarian per year, with further payments due on the anniversary of the first payment for the OpenVPMS software subscription.
