This report allows you to list supplier names and contacts.  It provides an option to include Veterinary Practices, Veterinarians and/or Other Normal Suppliers.

This report is a modification of the standard Customer Sales Report that adds support for searching for a specific transaction number.

NOTE:  You still need to enter a suitable date range for the search to be succesful and also if you do not want to search by transaction make sure you enter 0 in the transaction Number field.

This report template lists duplicate customers that have;

Duplicate Customers by identical address with patient 09 09 23.jrxml

This report provides an analysis of sales broken down by practice location and clinician.   It includes information such as total sales, no of invocies , averager $/invoice, customers, avg $ per customer and average invoices/customer for a specified period.  It was based on specific forum requests for better financial analysis reports.

It is a work in progress so any feedback on the figures generated welcome.

This report lists customer bad debt write-off transactions for a specified period and includes client name and description information.

Thsi report allows you to print out a transaction listing for a specifi ccustomer between specified dates.

The following report template provides a Patient List report which lists customer and patient details and allows filtering by Date of Birth range, species and breed.

This report details the current value of stock basaed on the current stock quantity and product unit cost.  It groups by Stock location and shows totals for each stock location and for the report as a whole.

It has filters for product name, product type, stock location and whether to include medications and/or merchandisew products.

Currently -ve stock quantities are not skipped but produce -ve totals.  Easily changed but require some feedback on what is required.

This template provides a list of products and their current stock quantities with room to enter actuals.  Provides filters for product class (medication , merchandise),  product type and product name.

I have updated this to include a filter for Product Classificaton and modified the filter logic on both Product Type and Product Classification to work better with nulls.
