Customer Email Marketing Report

This combines the reports provided by both the Customer Product Marketing report as well as the Customer Marketing Report into 1.

However it will only return customers with a valid email address.

DONT PRINT IT - EXPORT IT.

I have not formatted the report for printing, it is formatted for CSV export.

Hi Ben...

Tried to run this report in 1.7.1 as a way to find those customers with email addresses.  I use it with the most general parameters and widest date range.  0 byte export CSV report returned.

Any ideas?
