With version 1.4 we now have the ability to export report results in CSV format so you can utilise them in extrenal applictaion like Open Office , Word etc to do mass marketing mail-outs, labels etc.

In order to get the data formatted correctly though the formatting of the report needs to be tabular and the page headers footers and other printout and preview formatting needs to be removed. 

I have created a new report that filters customers by :

Classification (Account Type, or classifications)

Patient Species

Patient Breed

Patient DOB

and outputs the customer title, firstname, lastname, address, suburb, postcode and state.

Presently the report doe snot export inactive customers or customers whcih only have inactive(or deceased) patients.

Although this report can be utilised in version 1.3 and above you only have the option to export to CSV format in version 1.4.

I hope to enhance this report, or create another report, in the near future to allow you to filter by product type /product name and billing dates.
