1.7 5624 Active=Yes/No/Both not good on low res screen

The change from an active checkbox to the active=Yes/No/Both pull down on select screens would appear to need an update to the low res styles. We have a couple of WyseTerms with low res screens (1024x786) and the effect for Chrome is like the snippet below.

I've increased the width of the BrowserDialog to 80% of the screen resolution for the 1024x768, 800x600 and 640x480 styles.

Change applied in revision 5679.
