1.7 5709 After upgrade Schedules - default behaviour v checks in boxes

After upgradinging the checkin workflow still behaves as before the upgrade (good), however if you navigate to the admin section you will note that some or all of the Checkboxes for "use weight" "use all worklists" etc remain unchecked - appearing as if they are turned off - this could be confusing.

To make it work as intended check all boxes click apply...then uncheck to create the setup you wish.  Log out and relogin to Openvpms

Suggest that we add to the 1.7 db sql upgrade to implicitly declare the boxes as checked for all schedules.   This will maintaint the default behaviour and ensure minimal user confusion throught the upgrade processs
