1.7 5765 Stock transfer and adjustments should have Notes field

Currently there is no facility to enter a note about why a stock transfer or adjustment is being done.

The field is there is the archetypes (act.stockAdjust and act.stockTransfer) but it is hidden.  All we have to do is unhide it.
