I did the following: created an estimate, pressed copy to make a copy, selected the copy, and pressed Invoice - the Confirm Invoice window appeared - I pressed OK --> Fatal error due to null pointer exception.

NOTE - further testing shows that this is nothing to do with making the copy, or not finalising the estimate before pressing Invoice. ie Invoice always crashes.
