Trying to send and email, I got the following:

NOTE: the Practice Location email settings have been set - but they are dummies and the smtp connection would not actually work. So there are two possibilities: a) the above message is incorrect and the actual problem is bad SMTP parameters; or b) there is a bug in the program looking at the address and that the code incorrectly does not like the FROM address shown above.
