1.7 Alpha Patient Visit Print - bad data

If you use the Print button on the Patient Visit create/edit window, then it prints the visit. Below are both the screen shot of the visit and what was printed - as you can see they differ. The weight line is OK, but the medication is duplicated, the invoice line does not show the product (the Consultation - Small Animal) and there are two customer lines which should not be there.

I suspect the Customer lines are actually Customer Invoice Items, but jasper has truncated the text as it doesn't fit.

The report doesn't handle the display Customer Invoice Items correctly. For this I've raised https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1329 .

I'm not sure why you are seeing duplicate records. I'm not seeing them with that customer on alpha at present.
