1.7 Alpha Reporting|Debtors|Period End|Confirm - no F1

The confirmation windows that is displayed when you press the Period End button on the Reporting|Debtors window has no F1 support. (all the other button confirmation windows on this screen do)

OK - have built the CSH page - I guessed that its URL will be http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.7/reporting/debtor/confirmend
