1.7 Alpha - Schedule - selected item can be invisible

If I set up an appointment colour to be dark - so the font switches to white, then when the appointment is selected, it is higlighted, but with the white font, becomes almost invisble.

Fixed as part of https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-1271

The selection now overrides any style associated with a cell.

Tim - are you going to use f2f3b3  (what I call light cream)?

If so I will add this to the CSH pages as an 'inadvisable to use' colour.
