Although the Customer/Select and Patient/Select screens link to the appropriate CSH help topic when you press F1, there is no such linkage for the Supplier/Select screen.

[I am about to create the Supplier/Select csh entry even though the F1 linkage is not in place - simply so that I have completed the shell entries for the top level Supplier topics.]
