1.7 Alpha - Suppliers|Orders|Edit - qty cancelled

If you edit an In Progress order you can change the Quantity Cancelled - this is illogical. If you cancel 3 (as shown below) then the printed order still shown an order quantity of 4.

Quantity Cancelled should be (like Quantity Received) an non-editable field.

Quantity Cancelled came about as part of  OVPMS-736:

1. Order Items need a new node cancelledQty to allow users to indicate ordered quantities that have been cancelled subsequent to the order being sent.
2. An order item is considered fullfilled if ordered qty = delivered qty + cancelled qty.
3. An orders delivery status should be set to Full if if all of its order items are fullfilled.
4. An orders delivery status should be set to Part if any order item has a received qty.
5. An order that is Posted can be edited but only to

  • change it's status to Cancelled.

  • edit the cancelled qty node on items that are not fullfilled.
