1.7 Alpha - Till - Last Balance - not used ???

General developer's discussion

No matter what I do (clear the till, deposit the money) I cannot get the Last Balance field shown on the Administration|Organisation|Till screen. The Date Last Cleared field is updated by the Reporting|Till Balance|Clear operation and I would have expected that Last Balance would hold say the pre clearance amount.

A scan of the source indicates that it is in fact not used. Am I correct?

The GUI isn't being refreshed after the till is cleared. You need to switch to a different till and back again to get it to refresh.

a) will update Reporting|Till Balancing CSH page to note that in the top line after the select button the till details are not update following a clear

b) my question about the Last Balance field still stands. You can only see this through the Administration|Organisation|Till view/edit screen. I really do think that it is a 'not currently used' field.
