1.7 Alpha - Visit note on template product not used??

In the CSH page http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/csh/1.7/product/template I have written

Invoice Note - if present, this is added to the invoice note of the invoice. Note that it is added to any pre-existing text and does not replace it.
Visit Note - if present, this is added to the medical record as a note

The Invoice Note bit works.

However, I cannot make the Visit Note part work - ie I specify the patient in the invoice, add the template item, it is exploded and the invoice note text added, but nothing appears in the patient medical records.  I expected to see a new note appear with the text from the template's Visit Note.

Is this a 'reserved for future use' item?

Hi Tim,

No, support for this was added in 1.6 i.e when bill template the visit notes are added as well.  I have confirmed that it has dropped off in 1.7 alpha.

Works for me. The visit notes are only added when using the visit-charge editor (i.e. the integrated editor that is displayed during Check-In and Consult).

Tim - have adjusted the CSH page to say this - ie only works if you are in the visit-charge editor, and not if you simply create a customer invoice.
