With the Worklist screen is 'single worklist' mode here is an item using dark colours for the clinician

When you click on this to select it you get:

As you can see the two linked items (customer & patient) are functionally invisible.

The same problem occurs on the Workflow|Scheduling screen when it is in 'single schedule' mode.
