1.7b 5593 Suggested adjustments to Customer Referral size

We just got caught by the 20 character limit on the size of the Referred By field on the customer info screen. The party.customerperson archetype limits this to 20 max (but the lookup.customerReferral allows 255).

We have 3 institutions we get referrals from who blow the 20 character limit: Causeway Bay Animal Hospital, Happy Valley Veterinary Clinic, and Hong Kong Veterinary Centre.

I see no downside in a) upping the field size in party.customerperson; b) dropping the size of the name field in lookup.customerReferral from 255 to 30

I've removed the maxLength restriction for lookup nodes in party.customerperson.  In 1.6 and earlier, it was used to determine the field width for display purposes. In 1.7, its just used as a guide.

Change applied in revision 5618.
