1.7B Readme - Open Office 4

We have changed the Open Office version to 4.  Is there anything that needs to be adjusted in the readme.txt associated with this change?

There should be a new step along the lines of:

 1.6 OpenOffice installation

  OpenVPMS uses OpenOffice to perform reporting, printing and document conversion.
  Install it as per your platform's requirements and then:
 
  1. Add it to the PATH of the user that runs Apache Tomcat.
     Windows users can find instructions for this at:
        http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/installing-openvpms-windows-7-comp...
  2. Verify it can be run as that user.
     From a command prompt, ensure that entering:
        soffice
     starts OpenOffice
