1.8 - suggested change to help topics

The new 'How to' section of the CSH should probably be referenced in the window displayed as a result of clicking Help in the top menu.  The modified version of help.properties (taken from the latest 1.8 snapshot) is attached (renamed to help.properties.txt so it will upload).
