I have just installed 1.6b3 build 4901 over the 1.6b3 build 4887 I was running.

When I first fired it up the build was still showing as 4887 in the login screen.  I looked at Yuri's 1.6b3 upgrade notes and saw that although I had done as instructed by the readme:

1.5. Web application installation

  To install the OpenVPMS web application,
  copy <OPENVPMS_HOME>/webapps/openvpms.war
  to the <TOMCAT_HOME>/webapps directory.

Yuri said that I should also delete the <TOMCAT_HOME>/webapps/openvpms directory.  I did this and all came good.

Suggestion: add to the readme "Delete the <TOMCAT_HOME>/webapps/openvpms directory" to section 1.5
