2 Product issues with 1.8

Hi All

I have noticed two issues with the latest 1.8 release in Products

1. After creating a Batch for a product.  When you choose the Batch number you want on the invoice, UNLESS you click APPLY the batch number disappears.  Are you supposed to click APPLY or is this an error?

2. When changing the COST price of any product it also changes the Max Discount amount you have entered.

Regarding issue 2 .. when you change the cost price manually it is it changing the markup...if it does the discount is being adjusted in response to the changed markup

Discount should auto adjust so if can never discount below cost

Selecting the batch number and clicking OK works for me on Firefox 39.0. Do you see this problem consistently, and if so what browser and version are you using?

Hi

I am using Firefox 39.0 as well.

When you enter the Batch and click OK - it all works fine.  What i mean is if you enter the Batch then next box enter the Clinician or any other details, the batch disappears before you click OK or APPLY.

Hope that makes sense.

Hi Cath, I haven't been able to reproduce this.

Do you see the problem for medication products?

Do you see the problem for merchandise products?

When you select the batch, are you doing it from the drop-down, or by entering a partial batch number and pressing enter?

How many batches do you have linked to the product?

It is with a Medication.  I only have one batch number for the product and choosing it by drop down.

When i enter the clinician name it then disappear.  Example I had the batch entered on this invoice below which was saved and OK, then clicked on EDIT and changed the clinician name then it disappears.  So happens at the time of invoicing and if you Edit.  If you would like to team viewer in to see in action please feel free to give me call.
