3 year Reminders

Happy New Year,

I have set up my 3 year C3 vaccination to produce 3 different reminders with 12, 24 and 36 month reminder dates however when the patients reminder tab is checked the 3 reminders are there but all have a 1 year reminder date.

Is there somewhere else that I need to set the due dates other than in the product reminder to ensure they are correct in the patient.

3 year Reminders

Hi Nick,

There are currently two places where you can set the reminder period.  In the Reminder Type and also when linking a reminder to a product.  Unfortunately version 1.3 does not utilise the second and will default only to the first.  This is a bug that was fixed in version 1.4 (https://openvpms.atlassian.net/browse/OVPMS-882)

So to get to operate in 1.3 you would ned to define three different reminder types each with a different default reminder period.
