Appointment Status for No-Show (didn't turn up) bookings

Hi,

Is there a way to add to the list of appointment status options? I'd love to have one for no-show appointments. We don't get many, but some are serial offenders. 

If I can't add one, can I suggest / request it for future versions.

What sort of reporting do you want to be able to do?

I just  want to look back at an individual client's appointments. So we can flag them to have to pre-pay to make an appointment if they have a history of making appointments and not showing up. It would be good to have an explicit appointment status to search for. i.e. if they miss an appointment this afternoon I can look back to see if they have done it before & how many times.
