Auto correct

How can i disable the auto correct - when i put in a time eg: medicated at 1pm the software automatically changes it to "medicated in the afternoon"  i would like to disable this feature - any ideas????

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Click on Administration | lookups | Macro | Search for "pm"

Click Edit and change code from "pm" to "@pm".

From now on if you want to say "in the afternoon", type @pm and it will change/"autocorrect" for you.

You may also want to change "am" to "@am" for the same reason.

The other thing you can do if you want to inactivate that macro completely is go to the macro (as per above instructions) and UNcheck the "active" box.
