Cannot see calendar in Workflow Scheduling

Hi Guys,

Have just successfully installed and cannot see the calendar in the Workflow Scheduling page.

Comment viewing options

Select your preferred way to display the comments and click "Save settings" to activate your changes.

Hi Ian,

Not sure if you ran the dataload base or dataload setup.  The later sets up some basic organisation structures including schedules etc but as yet doesn't creat eschedule views which ar erequired in order to use the new scheduling system updated for version 1.3.

Here are some notes from the documentation pages that may help.

Setting up Scheduling

Navigate to "Administration" -> "Organization". Modify the "Main Appointment Schedule" and "Main Surgery Schedule" with start and end hours.  Create a new "Schedule View" called "Schedule View". Add the "Main Appointment Schedule" and "Main Surgery Schedule".  Click "Ok".  Navigate back to "Administration" -> "Organization" and find "Main Clinic".  Edit the "Main Clinic" and in the "Scheduling Views", add the "Schedule View" you just created.   Save, logout and then re-login and you should be able to navigate to "Scheduling" and be able to add, modify and remove appointments.

Setting up Work List

Navigate to "Administration" -> "Organization". Create a new "Work List View" called "Work List View". Add the "Main Hospital List" and "Main WaitingList".  Click "Ok".  Navigate back to "Administration" -> "Organization" and find "Main Clinic".  Edit the "Main Clinic" and in the "Work List Views", add the "Work List View" you just created.   Save, logout and then re-login and you should be able to navigate to "Work List" and be able to add, modify and remove customers/clients on and off lists.

Cannot see calendar in

When I create the Schedule View and then add in the Main appointment schedule and Main Surgery Schedule and the click apply or okay I get the following error message.

 

Failed to validate schedule of View Schedule Relationship: Schedule is required.

Hi Ian,

I think you will find you have hit Add on the schedule tab and there is a entry that has no schedule selected.  i.e you have addedd the two schedule links as mentioned but hit Add button again and not selected a schedule on thsi entry and then tried to save.  It is saying you cannot add a link to a schedule without selecting the schedule.
