Change Practise Email address

Hi,

 

I am trying to change the practise email address but it doesn't seem to be getting it's info from practise location as i have changed the port from 25 there but i am getting and error saying it is still trying to use port 25 when i try to send mail to a client.  Is there somewhere else we need to change the email server settings?

You need to change the email settings for each practice location, and also log out and back in again for the changes to be applied.

Tim - this seems to be a common trap for inexperienced players.  Although the help screen plainly warns of the need to logout/in, people in difficulties do not seem to think of pressing Alt-F1 when they are having problems.

Perhaps we should consider putting on the Administration|Organisation screen "Warning: Modified settings will not become available until the next time you log on."
