Completed alerts showing up on patient panel

Hi,

Here's another question/potential bug.

We're using alerts to track whether or not someone is in collections. BTW, I've written a report that pulls this information out of the DB as well -- will share once I smooth it out a little.

It appears that when I mark the end-date of the alert, it continues to appear on the left side of the screen. Please see attached screenshot.

Thats an oversight. Currently the status is used to determine if an alert should be displayed; the end date is ignored.

I've raised this as OVPMS-1282

Hmm, it seems that it should still work here if only looking at status. At least in the screenshot attached, the state is displayed as 'Completed'.

If the status was changed by another user, your display won't refresh until you switch workspaces or make some other change.

Thanks Time. I've rebooted the server since then, and logged out and in, and the alert that's marked as complete is still showing up there.

My mistake; I just assumed that was a patient alert. What you are actually seeing (and the screenshot clearly displays...) is a customer alert. The customer alert summary doesn't doesn't filter on the alert status. I've updated the JIRA accordingly
