Download Source Code

Hello

I was hoping to contribute to this project, partularily in the Orders Module and would like to download the source code. When I attempt source download I get an error:
[ERROR] svn: Can't connect to host 'svn.openvpms.org': No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

Do I need approval or something to become a developer and download source code, or am I missing something? (I followed the instructions from http://www.openvpms.org/documentation/getting-started-openvpms)

Hi Bill,

 

I just did a test using the command from the documentation:

mvn scm:checkout -DconnectionUrl=scm:svn:svn://svn.openvpms.org/openvpms/openvpms/trunk -DcheckoutDirectory=openvpms

and it worked as expected.  i.e create a new folder in my current directory called openvpms containing the source code for this project.

Maybe you have some firewall or proxy constraints ?

If you were brought here by Google, note that source code is now hosted on Bitbucket at https://bitbucket.org/OpenVPMS
