email reminder subject and body

I've set up our reminder templates including the email subject and body, however when we go to email the reminders under the report section it puts the actual template name as the subject rather than the email subject field within the template. Any ideas why this is happening?

Also can you bulk email the reminders from the report reminder list, or does it have to be done one by one manually?

Thanks

Re: email reminder subject and body

I havent reviewed subject lines for a bit so i will leave that answer for someone else

Yep absolutely.

To set this up flag the customers email address as "REMINDER" and then if the template in question has something written in the subject and body for email it, the report will generate during reminder runs and be sent via email automatically.

This means that client will recieve ALL reminders via email.  At our clinic we have a customization that allows us to force a specific reminder to go via regular mail.  One of the owners was concerned that if clients didnt respond to the first email then we should send them a letter.  I suspect with the changes to Australia Post we may need to review this.

The Print button isn't designed for generating reminders for customers.

Its main use is to preview reminders to ensure they have the correct content prior to sending them out with the Send All button.
