Email Reminders that bounce back

Hi,

We would like the reminders that we send on OpenVPMS to bounce back to a different email address than the address we currently use. Is this something that I can configure within OpenVPMS or is this something we would get our computer tech people to do?

Email Reminders that bounce

Hi Sandra,

The from address for emails sent from the system can be set in the Practice information.

So go to Administration -> Organisation, find the practice in the list and edit and modify the practices email contact.  Typically the Reminder purpose is set against this email address as well so if you have multiple email addresses (one for reminder from address  and one for billing from address) you can set the one that will be used for reminders by attaching the Reminder contact purpose.
