email user field

Is there a user field for open office documents for email addresses? Like the fax one: [party:getFaxNumber(party:getPatientReferralVetPractice(.))]

Hi Greta,Yes.  [party:getEmailAddress(party:getPatientReferralVetPractice(.))]The parameter to party:getEmailAddress and be any party i.e can do [party:getEmailAddress(party:getPatientOwner(.))]Cheers Tony

I had a look at the document that you mentioned above to Greta, but I could not find a 'word' merge field for client mobile phone. Is there one?

Hi Sandra,

Since 1.4 mobile numbers have been merged into Phone numbers so no distinction any more. 

We have getHomeTelephone and getWorkTelephone functions available and of course a mobile number can be tagged with one of these purposes.
