Error adding a new user

Hi,

I have been trying to add a new user and I keep getting the attached error. Any ideas?

Hard to say without more information. When it happens again, select "Report Error". I should be able to work out the cause from that.

Hi Sandra,

I have seen thsi before when ther is already a user with the same user name.  Make sure you check the inactive ones as well.  Error not that friendly which I think we shoudl fix.  :-)
