Error msgs : "echo button is not defined"

Hi guys,
was wondering if anyone had any ideas as where this error may be based. Tomcat, windows server 2003, openvpms?

Cannot process ServerMessage (Phase 2)

Error Name: ReferenceError
Error Message: EchoButton is not defined
---------------------------------

Please contact your server administrator.

**********************************************************

The error will popup, the webapp will jam, then a browser refresh will restore the screen, sometimes with editor intact with partial contents. The issues currently only occurs within the OP app and would occur about daily. We are upgrading to 1.4 beta on Friday night so will be able to take error dumps after that.

The error is raised by javascript running in the browser, which has been downloaded from the app.

Unfortunately, you can't submit error reports for this kind of problem using the integrated error reporting support.

Does it always occur in the same place in the app?

What browser and version are you running?

Thanks Tim and Marty (no echo addin not in my browser Marty).

Using Firefox 3.0.1 at present. Pretty old, so maybe worth a version
update.
