Error in Supplier Return Screen

I have created a supplier return and on hitting apply I received the following message -

 

Failed to validate Return of Order Item: cannot supply more than 1 TargetActRelationship

 

Any thoughts?

Hi Bernie,

I think I have seen thsi before when somone processes a return against an order and then subsequently delivers against that same order or order item.  Can you check if a return has been entered for this order ?
