We have a doggy day care centre attached to our clinic and we are in the process of further protocolising it. The staff run paper report cards out there on who the dogs played with, whether there were any incidents, what started it, the dog's preferneces and recording any escalating behaviour etc. It surprised me that they were running it on paper, but when I suggested putting it on the computer, the staff complained that it would be too hard to find the info on the patient hx as these are some of our best clients for preventative health etc, so the hx gets a bit busy.
The filtering mechanism on the hx only filters by type (eg note, attachment, problem). Is there a way that you could add something to the filter, or add another tab for Doggy Day care hx?

Would anyone else have a need for a secondary hx such as this?
