Hi Joss, Presently these things can be done through the report interface but it requires someone to write the reports. What would be great is a workspace where such Customer or Patient reports could present their results as a table rather then as a pdf (or spreadhseet (csv) as will be available in version 1.4 or 1.5), allowing the user to click straight into the animal or customer.

The report solution would be relatively simple and someone might donate their time to produce it. Alternatively I would be happy to do in return for a $75 pledge per report to any of the active projects currently not fully funded. Cheeky aren't I!
