We all have the case we want to follow up on. One option (discussed in another forum post) is to create a tasklist and add them to that. The problem with us is that we have many vets and that would create a lot of tasklists when "admitting" a patient to our list.

But...

What about if you could choose to add to "My Followup List". This is list would be available under you messaging as another tab. By selecting the patient/customer you would have an option to "Add to my list". The style of the followups would be similiar to that of the existing messaging. This way only the logged user could see their own followup list and it wouldn't clutter up the drop down boxes.
