Generating Spreadsheets

In the past when the server was inhouse, we could generate reports as CSV files and use them as spreadsheets.

 

Since our move to the cloud, I can't for the life of me, save or open them as a Excel Spreadsheet.

 

Help.

What happens when you click Export after running a report?

If you click Export & Mail, can you:

1. double click on the CSV attachment and view it in Excel?
2. send the email to yourself and view the attachment in Excel?

Have you tried viewing the CSV in a different browser e.g. Firefox if you use Chrome, or vice-versa?

emailing to myself works and sends as a csv file.
