Help downloading reports

I can't seem to download new reports. What am I doing wrong?
I right-click and "save link as"
I name the file "clinician product type sales.jrxml" and edit "files of type" to "all files".
When I create the VPMS template I get error message "failed to read clinician product type sales.jrxml". The only boxes I've changed in the template are: Type = Report, User Level = 9 and Paper Size = A4.

Hi Cheryl,
If you open the xml file in iReport (1.3..) then go save as in iReport. Leave the file type as it is (JasperReports...)but change the name of the file itself to 'clinician product type sales.jrmxl'. If you upload this to your template it should work. Just tried it - useful report thanks for pointing me to it.

Hi Cheryl,
It sounds as though your web browser is changing the filetype (probably to either a txt or xml). You need to change it back to a jrxml filetype, sometimes just changing the name to .jrxml doesn't change the file type as your system may be hiding the file extension. There is probably a way to stop it from doing it but it would depend what your operating system and web browser is.
