Hospital Admission Form - visit reason

I am trying to build a hospital admission consent form.

I would dearly like to grab the worklist Notes field to insert into the "Reason" slot on the consent form.

However, I cannot come up with away to do this.

Any ideas?

I don't think it can be done at present.

When you print a form at check-in, the act.patientDocumentForm is linked to the patient and thats it. You can't get the act.customerTask, if there is one.
