How to mark appointments as confirmed? (Maybe feature request?)

Hi,

We do a lot of future bookings 6 to 12 months in advance. We then send a text reminder a week out from the appointment asking them to confirm the appointment or to reschedule.

At the moment we are putting '**' in the notes to show it has been confirmed, but is there a better way of dealing with this?

Would it be possible to have a 'Confirmed' tick box or similar on appointments, maybe changing how they look (bold, italic or ...)?

We can add a confirmed flag to the appointment, with a visual indicator (a tick?) that appears in the Scheduling view.
This would be independent of the appointment status.
Is it useful to know when it was confirmed?

That would be awesome.

And maybe a 'Confirm' button at the bottom of the Schedule when the appointment is selected, amongst all the others.

It would be useful to know when it was confirmed, but not the most critical factor.

And I like the tick idea, or some other visual indicator.
