Just as a heads up Idexx advised me late last week that there had been some issues with the XML files that came with lab results.

I have checked all mine and havent seen any missing - they were reporting that only the first set of XML results got attached to patient files - ie you order CBC and MBA ....if the CBC gets reported first the final MBA results never appear in the XML format.

If you routinely use the results this way you may want to do a quick review of those ones you have recieved and contact idexx if any are missing..

They reported major issues with EasyVet and RxWorks.
