Invalid/unknown response from server

One of my users is getting and "Invalid/unknown response from server" - browser is Chrome.  I can see from the screen shot (see below) that at some point she had opened a new browser window, but the original one has been closed - because as you can see the only OpenVPMS window is ../openvpms/app/2

However, playing around, I cannot duplicate the problem - and hence I cannot tell her what she is doing to screw things up.

Any ideas ?

When multiple windows are opened, logging out of one will cause the user's session to be terminated. Typically the other windows will display a message:

"Your session has been inactive for too long.

You have been automatically logged out."

when clicked on, or when they automatically contact the server.

You can get the "Invalid/unknown response from server." if the server is restarted, or a connection times out. Not sure if that is what is happening here.
