I think this is a very good suggestion Matt. I don't think Tony will mind me mentioning that one of the areas we are going to be looking at in 1.6 is Medical Records. Even with the new Visit Editor, there is a feeling that there are improvements to be made in respect to how it relates with Invoicing. Estimations could certainly be included in this.

We will wait to clean up the 1.5 release and then I am sure Tony will launch discussion re this important change.
