Lost histories

When we are writing a history after seeing a consult, and someone else is adding to the invoice (but not in the history), any history that we write is lost when we click on OK.

Is anyone else seen this problem. Is there a fix for it?

Definitely fixed in version 1.5 due to new medcial record editing system we have implemented.

Problem caused by two people trying to update visit at same time and first to save is best dressed.  New scheme allows individual notes editing etc while check-out adds additional medications to visit though charging which is the primary cause of the problem.  Also in the rare chance that a lock occurs the system doesn't just drop you out it shows you the error which will allow you to copy and paste any text and re-edit.
