Messages default to completed
I think this is a bug but before I commit to that statement, I will describe what is happening.
Our new messages will have a default "Completed" status. I have been into the Archetypes and checked the 'lookup.messageStatus.1.0' archetype but am uncertain of changing any default values here.
I guess we would want it to default to Pending. I'm sure it used to. Otherwise messages are never received as they are sent as already completed.

Messages don't use an external lookup for status only an internal one in the act.userMessage archetype. Check the default value for the status in this archetype. Should be 'PENDING'
